for large batches of Alaska orthoimagery and DEM data

If you have a need for a local copy of a large number of satellite and airborne imagery, digital elevation models (DEM), or scanned topo maps (digital raster graphics – DRG) please contact us, and we can bulk stage a copy online or mail a hard drive.

In general, we recommend use of the [OGC web services Alaska Mapped provides](/data/wms-wfs-wcs-web-service-feeds). They can be easily incorporated into desktop GIS tools via ESRI layer or KML files. However, we recognize that these web services don’t meet all needs all of the time, so please, just ask if you need a custom or large extract.
